Photovoltaic Power

EWP operates a total of 26.9MW photovoltaic power facility in Busan Renalt Samsung Motors Factory, Yeosu Gwangyang Port Industrial Complex, Dangjin Waste Landfill and etc. Donghae photovoltaic Power Facility is Korea's first photovoltaic facility which received CDM business approval from the UN.

Wind Power

EWP operates wind farms in Gyeongju (16.8MW) and Yeonggwang (3MW). Additional construction of wind farms will take place in Daeseongsan (34MW), Daegi-ri (24MW) and etc.

Small hydro

EWP Operates a 5MW mini hydro power Facility in Dangin, which received CDM business approval form the UN in August 2009. It utilizes outflow water from the outlet of the Dangjin Power Complex. Another 3MW mini hydro power facility will be built in March 2014.

Fuel Cell Power

Fuel cell is an electrochemical cell that uses fuel as its source to generate electrical energy. EWP is operating 5.2MW fuel cell power facilities which is the biggest capacity in Korea. Additional fuel cell power facilities will be constructed in Ilsan(2.8MW) and Ulsan(2.8MW) in 2013.

Bio Gas Turbine Power

EWP is building the world's first and largest 5MW bio gas turbine combined heat and power plant facility on the landfill in Incheon, near the capital Seoul, and is targeted to be completed in August 2014.
